The nose was right at the same level as the stop roller on the bow rest - to get it pulled where I wanted it to sit on the bunks, I did have to lift the bow to get it over the top. Pulling the bow rest out, so that the hull could lie flat across the length of the bunks dropped the nose a good 4 inches. I've got new pieces measured out so that I can hack off what's there and put on a low-rider extension that way the stop roller sits snug at the top of the bow eye.
Gregg, you're right, the new trailer is really nice. I'm very happy. Thanks for the help with the pictures! Other than being dirty from a trip home in the rain, I feel like the boat doesn't live up to the trailer now ...
