     Insanely dangerous at best, at that is coming from a VW enthusiast since 1980.   Poor little air cooled 1600cc engine would take a real beating.    Strangely they did not enjoy wide popularity, and are very rare today.  Come to think of it, I have never seen one in person at any VW event.   Thanks for the posting, a real blast from the past.
