1957 Glastron Surflite with 50hp Evinrude with trailer. Boat is a great beginner ski boat. We have skied behind this boat at least 3 times a week for three years. Boat is modeled after the 1957 Chevy?s with large side fins and red & white seats. Includes power tilt and trim, TurboSwing ski bar, Bilge pump, Drotto boat latch, spare prop, and BWCA permit from 1979.
Motor runs great and pulls this boat up to ~28 mph. Motor was regularly winterized and has no issues.
Why am I departing with this gem? We got a larger wakeboarding boat. Nothing will beat the style of this boat.

I am selling this boat for my good friend. It has been sitting inside a garage for about 2 years.

Engine is a 1977 Mercury 150 that had its carbs professionally cleaned last time it ran.

Boat has a ton of custom work done to it.

Boat is a classic and absolutely flys when in the water. Definitely for someone looking for a project boat that is 90% completed.

Boat runs great has a big block Chevy (502) in it new starter new exhaust manifold gaskets
I just had the boat out 4/12/25 ran great interior isn?t best but is plenty good enough for use

1972 Glastron CV19 Berkeley Jet Drive 455 olds. Needs a lot of work. Perfect restoration condition. Hull and floor are solid. Engine was rebuilt but the previous owner did not winterize it properly. Found one freeze plug oushed out and lying in the bilge. Engine has great compression. Rolls over nicely. Actually fired briefly. Holley Carb is out. Cleaned and rebuilt. The Berkeley jet pump should be rebuilt. There is a slight amount of play in the shaft. I had really hoped to do this restoration. I Just don?t have the time for the project.

This is NOT a boat you can just stick in the water. It needs careful consideration and someone who can put in the time needed to restore it. You could end up with a 5k valued boat? or one worth much much more. Depends on how far you?d like to go.

Trailer included. No paperwork for trailer.
Open to reasonable offers.

This is a sweet boat! 10 years ago it was all restored and upgraded. New paint, upholstery, new Faria gauges, green under glow LED lights, outdrive serviced and new gimbal bearing. It runs fantastic! Then eight years ago while in the storage a van park next to it caught fire singeing the boat paint and bumper strip (see pics) well life moved on, and I never got around to fix getting it fixed It?s been sitting some time and will need some work to get it back up and running - drain fuel new batteries and repair the paint and bumper strip. Glastron Carlson boats were in the James Bond movies, also known for their sporty designs and have quite a cult following in boat clubs. I always got compliments wherever I went. This boat is powered by the MerCruiser 260 which is the Chevy 350 and it has the rare factory aluminum trailer. Make some fun memories with this classic boat!

Boat hasn't been started in a few years it was running very strong prior to sitting.
355 Oldsmobile engine. Comes with a newer set of wheels and tires, winch, lift jack ,and cover.
The last cover ripped durring a storm and water got in .
